Job Summary


The Data Intelligence and Reporting Specialist provides strategic leadership in institutional analysis and reporting for the UBC Faculty of Medicine (FoM). This role sets priorities for data strategies, develops advanced methodologies and ensures reporting aligns with faculty goals and provincial health human resource mandates. Building on expertise in dashboard development, and statistical analysis, the Specialist leads complex projects that inform policy, resource allocations, and long-term planning as it relates to medical and health professions training outcomes. The position influences decision-making at the highest levels and represents the unit in consultations with external stakeholders, including government bodies such as the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Post-secondary Education and Future Skills.
