Data Migration Architect (Oracle HCM SaaS Implementation Programme)

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-12+ years of experience in data migration on enterprise HCM or ERP transformation programmes, with demonstrated ownership of the migration workstream — not just execution within it.
• Proven track record of leading client conversations to define migration scope and approach, including facilitating workshops and driving decisions with senior stakeholders.
• At least 3 full‑lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations with accountability for data migration delivery end to end.
• Sufficient Oracle HCM data knowledge to scope objects confidently across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence — and to challenge and advise the client with authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and direct a delivery team, maintaining quality and pace in a pressured programme environment.
