Data Migration Engineer (Oracle to MongoDB and AWS Glue)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Engineer (Oracle to MongoDB and AWS Glue) with 5+ years of experience to support enterprise-grade Oracle to MongoDB cloud migration initiatives.

What you‘ll work on:

• End-to-end ETL pipeline design and implementation.

• Large-scale Oracle to MongoDB cloud migration.

• AWS Glue & AWS DMS (hands-on experience required).

• PySpark and Python for data processing and transformation.

• Data modeling from relational (Oracle) to NoSQL (MongoDB) structures.

• Ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of MongoDB schema design, indexing, and aggregation strategies is key, especially in event-driven / API-first architectures.
