Data Platform Engineering Manager

Data is a critical asset for HL. To support business transformation and unlock value through BI, analytics, machine learning, and data products, we require a robust, scalable data platform. This role works across the organisation to understand business capabilities and evolve our platform and data foundations to meet current and future needs. What You'll Be Doing Play a key role in a major organisation-wide transformation. Partner with technical and business leaders to understand processes, data flows, challenges, and opportunities, and design solutions that deliver better outcomes.
