Data Privacy & Compliance Lead (RoPA, SAR, STAIRS)

Red Kite Community Housing is seeking a skilled professional responsible for maintaining data protection records and leading compliance processes across the organization. You will develop and implement data protection policies while collaborating with senior leadership on essential data mapping exercises.

Your role includes training delivery, working with the Data Governance team to manage data retention issues, and ensuring that proper legal bases for processing data are firmly established. You will also oversee the Subject Access Request process and facilitate the STAIRS compliance procedures.
