Job Description

Our client, a specialised Employment Law firm in Edinburgh, is seeking an additional Lawyer with expertise in Data Protection. This role is open to candidates at all levels who have previous experience in this area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal advice on GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Assisting clients with data protection policies and procedures.
  • Conducting impact assessments and advising on risk mitigation.
  • Representing clients in disputes and regulatory investigations.
  • Staying updated on data protection law developments.
