Job Summary

The Data Quality Manager (Entity Data) works within PwC’s Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) in the Business Enablement team. The role oversees the operation, governance, and future‑state design of PwC Canada’s Entity Management Services (EMS). Responsibilities include ensuring high‑quality entity‑level data, aligning processes across business functions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local EMS and monitor global EMS updates, interpret changes, and operationalize new processes within the Canadian context.
• Act as liaison with Salesforce, Finance, Risk, Independence, National Security, and other downstream teams to maintain end‑to‑end client‑to‑engagement process alignment.
• Own stewardship of client meta‑data assets, advising internal teams on appropriate use in the operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the EMS.
