Data Scientist – Healthcare

My client is hiring a commercially minded Data Scientist to drive insight-led decision-making across a global healthcare events portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this newly created role will play a key role in unlocking growth across audiences, exhibitors, and revenue. You'll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing, commercial, and product strategy - helping the business move faster and smarter.

• 5+ years' experience as a Data Scientist or Senior Analyst (marketing, SaaS, or events experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in data modelling, predictive analytics, segmentation, and growth analytics
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI (or similar tools)
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data
• Commercially focused, with the ability to link insights to revenue and growth
