Data Scientist/ai Engineer (Santiago)

Key Responsibilities Consult non technical people on what is posible with AI, to find new a menaingfull ways to create value with AI solutions (e.g. Agents) within a business function or domain (e.g. Sales, Customer Service). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. Guide non-technical stakeholders on the capabilities and limitations of AI to identify high-impact opportunities. Architect and implement robust AI solutions on Azure and other hyperscalers to solve complex business problems. Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines and APIs in the cloud. Ensure reliability, performance, and security of deployed AI solutions. Monitor and optimize models and costs in production environments.
