Job Description – Data Steward
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Steward to support data quality, governance, and master data management initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, reliable, and high-quality healthcare data while collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
This role requires strong expertise in data validation, quality control, CRM data management, and SQL/Excel-based analysis. Candidates with experience in US pharmaceutical data operations, HCP/HCO management, and MDM processes will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage high-quality healthcare and commercial data.
- Perform data quality checks, validation, cleansing, and deduplication activities.
- Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and duplicate records using fuzzy matching techniques.
