Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and issues to verify that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Document activity and coordinate via Project Management systems.
- Support and contribute on various project activities, including SCRUM meetings, project plan updates, internal communication, tracking progress of tasks, and follow‑up.
- Participate in client presentations and functionality demonstrations.
- At least 2 years IT/OT systems management experience and knowledge in: server hardware; network infrastructure; firewall configuration; cybersecurity; and data storage.
- Experience with Data Acquisition System (DAS) or SCADA software platforms.
- Ability to read electrical, network, infrastructure, and cabling drawings.
