DATA VALIDATION OFFICER- ISLAMABAD

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly data validation processes for all assigned SRs within the assigned region, including cross-system reconciliation across MIS, DHIS2 trackers, and SR-submitted Excel reports to identify and resolve inconsistencies between electronic records and hard copy source documents.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing validation checks and collaborating with SRs to address any identified issues.
• Monitor the performance of all SRs with the assigned region, ensuring compliance with data reporting standards and program requirements.
• Analyze trends and patterns in data submissions, including reporting completeness rates, indicator performance against targets, and recurring data entry errors at SR level; provide insights into SR performance and identify areas for improvement.
