We are working with a client who seeking a Database Administrator to join there team. Please see below for more details.

Job Role – CRM Database Administrator

Location – Canterbury, Kent

Salary – £21,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:30pm

As a Database Administrator:
De-duplication of customer and records on Group CRM database, to meet targets set in advance by the Data & CRM Manager.

Update customer communication preferences as a result of direct mail returns, email unsubscribes and SMS opt outs, in accordance with Group GDPR policy.

Marketing campaign data extracts and cleansing, to support the needs of the business when required.

Maintain and provide regular reports on the number of customer and vehicle records updated against target.

Support & provide cover for the Data & CRM Manager in their absen...
