**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and mobile machinery.
+ Support preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and help implement timely solutions.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
+ Collaborate with experienced mechanics to build technical skills and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
