This Engineer, Database Service is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of database administration to meet the business needs and service level for ORACLE plus another db flavour MSSQL / MYSQL / POSTGRES / Mongo . Provide 1st and 2nd level operational database support.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor the tickets (SR, Incident, Change request) acknowledge timely and assist within agreed service level, maintain the database configuration & documentation; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
• Ensure service level meet requirement. Prompt action and propose and implement action plan when required.
• Monitor and maintain databases according to standard operations procedures.
• Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
