DCP-Thermal Simulation Engineer(Global)-Shenzhen

• Responsible for liquid cooling solution design for power modules and shelf-level products; ​


• Proficient in using CAD and CFD software for 3D modeling and thermal simulation analysis, optimizing designs to meet product performance and cost targets; ​


• Lead the prototyping of thermal solutions, support testing, validation, and failure analysis to ensure thermal reliability requirements are met;​


• Collaborate with suppliers on module-level thermal component design and selection; ​


• Prepare design documentation, test plans/cases, and technical reports;​

Support the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) process from R&D to mass production, resolving thermal-related issues during manufacturing.​
