Mandarin Procurement Practice Specialist

Overall Purpose: We are seeking an independent and detail-oriented contracting professional to lead procurement contracting projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead contracting projects across procurement agreements using client templates and playbooks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Own redlining of contract documents, propose alternative language, and negotiate legal terms with suppliers, escalating only when exceptions fall outside playbook guidance.
• Independently negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, coordinate with sourcing managers for subject matter expertise when necessary and ensure that commercial terms are clearly and accurately reflected in contract language.
