• Resolve complex issues that require research, judgment, and best‑practice consideration.
• Communicate and update other leaders to maintain alignment and operational stability.
• Oversee service delivery across multiple channels to ensure positive customer relationships and continued engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Promotions
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
