Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily morning meetings to align the team on priorities and progress
- Allocate and distribute deals to Deal Managers, while actively managing Deal Manager capacity
- Review and assess deals within the pipeline to ensure quality, readiness, and alignment with objectives
- Set and manage deal priorities to support efficient execution and delivery
- Oversee and manage receivable escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Compile and deliver weekly project management updates on team performance and deal progress
- Provide ongoing deal feedback and guidance to Senior Deal Managers
- Ensure consistent implementation, adherence, and continuous improvement of internal processes
- Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with Deal Managers on process improvements and operational optimisations
