Dealer Compliance & Standards
- Manage and oversee dealer development and upgrade rollout plans
- Ensure all facility signage, layout plans, and visibility elements align with brand corporate identity standards and compliance guidelines
- Develop and maintain dealer compliance scorecards
- Identify, categorise, and prioritise dealer compliance gaps
- Issue, monitor, and follow up on corrective action plans
- Oversee updates and developments related to customer facility requirements from marketing and other departments
- Liaise with dealer teams and external contractors regarding facility and compliance projects
- Prepare and distribute dealer auditing reports
- Monitor project pipeline completeness and implementation progress
