Deals Documentation & Compliance Officer

In general, the purpose of the job is to provide legal services to the of Maplecrest Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies other than PCFI and its controlled and managed companies (“MGI Group”), as follows:

• To assist in the crafting and formulation of deal structure as well as the terms of reference and in the negotiation and finalization of the deal documentation with counterparties of MGI Group;
• To monitor compliance with the contractual or legal requirements of deals and other covered contracts or agreements of the MGI Group with counterparties;
• To craft and/or review the non-deal documentation covering borrowings, products and services as may be required by the MGI Group with counterparty banks, financial institutions, suppliers and customers;
• To provide legal research and advisory services to the MGI Group covering its business concerns including tax matters and the structuring of deals;
