PwC Spain is the top financial advisor for M&A; deals in Spain and is seeking a Manager to join the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) Financial Advisor Team based in Madrid. The SPA team is part of PwC's Transaction Services practice. We have advised on over 200 deals in the past five years, representing corporate and private equity clients, and offer end‑to‑end deal assistance from pre‑deal to post‑completion.

Identification and analysis of key items in price negotiations

• Analyzing buyer and seller views and arguments in negotiations on debt, cash, and working capital items.
• Determining financial parameters (target working capital, cash, restricted cash, net debt, working capital, etc).
