We are Growth Lending. We work with innovative, high-growth companies and enable them to accelerate their growth by providing a range of flexible credit solutions. We provide facilities from £2–10m and have lent more than £1bn to over 500 companies in the last decade. We have a global footprint, with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Manila, Atlanta and Cape Town. This role is based in Cape Town.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment professional to join our deal execution team. You’ll partner closely with our UK-based deal originators, playing a key role in assessing opportunities, shaping transactions, and taking deals throughout the credit process.
You’ll bring strong financial analysis capability and a structured, thoughtful approach to evaluating businesses. Just as importantly, you’ll be confident communicating your insights and influencing deal direction.
