A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEBTOR’S CLERK Liaise with customers timeously regarding outstanding payments and arrange payment terms. Follow up and solve all debtors’ queries timeously to ensure customers are happy. Complete the monthly aged analysis and liaise with the Financial Director. Complete debtor’s reconciliations and follow up on weekly or monthly payments. Capture and allocate payments. Request remittance advice, ensuring the payment allocation is done accurately.
