Debtors team lead

The successful candidate will lead the debtors team focusing on consumer customer accounts.

Job Duties Coordinate proactive collection efforts of the debtor's team to maximise collections and client retention. Coaches the team in order to ensure quality of delivery meets the appropriate standard. Ensure all relevant business communications are communicated to the team as and when required. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure weekly and monthly reporting is completed as required. Ensure credit notes are checked and approved/declined in line with company policies. Debt collection. Follow up and resolve queries. Assisting with invoicing and client contracts.
