This role is ideal for a strong credit control professional with leadership experience who can effectively manage debtor accounts, support collections processes, and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile debtors' accounts. Capture and allocate customer payments accurately. Submit monthly debtor reports and ageing analyses. Follow up on overdue accounts and escalate high-risk accounts where necessary. Resolve customer account queries efficiently. Coach, guide, and monitor the performance of the debtors team.
