- Study and understand electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and specifications for PCBAs/components.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of circuit board assemblies at Level 1,2.
- Debug and test PCBs to identify faults or defects using standard tools and procedures.
- Assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain and update basic debug guides based on defect trends and observations.
- Compile debug data and prepare simple reports for analysis.
- Work closely with the production team to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions promptly to maintain workplace safety.
