Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Deburring Technician for their Kalispell, MT location.
Responsibilities:
Part Finishing: Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metals (steel, aluminum, titanium) and composites. Tool Usage:n Utilize rotary tools, air grinders, belt sanders, files, and deburring knives, Inspection: Inspect parts visually and with tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional specifications. Quality Control: Ensure components are within tolerances and meet cosmetic requirements. Documentation: Review work instructions, complete travelers/logs, and maintain traceability records.
