Job Title: Deck Supervisor
Reports to: Assistant Manager - Aquatics
FLSA Status: Part time, Non-Exempt
Summary: We’re looking for a confident, organized, and coaching-minded leader to join our team as a Deck Supervisor. This is a shift leadership role at its core - you’ll oversee the flow of lessons, lead and develop your deck team, and make sure every student and family has a golden experience every single visit.
