Decorative Plasterer (Painter)

Summary Our work inspires a nation. We are the artisans, historians, and craftspeople who preserve and maintain the landmark buildings, monuments, art and grounds of the Capitol campus. This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Library Buildings & Grounds, Tenant Services Division, Projects Branch, Painting Night Section. As a Decorative Plasterer (Painter) you will perform intricate painting and decorative work requiring skill to restore decorative surfaces. Responsibilities TOUR OF DUTY: Sunday evening to Thursday morning, 6:00 pm through 4:30 am. The Decorative Plasterer (Painter) performs coating work on equipment, furnishings, and buildings.
