Decorative Plasterer

Summary The House Office Buildings seeks temporary Decorative Plasterers for the upcoming 120th Congressional Moves Transition. This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), House Office Buildings, Painting Branch. Decorative plasterers will serve as journey level Plasterers and perform standard painting tasks when necessary. This requires a 6 day a week schedule, and overtime may be required and in some instances it may be mandatory. Responsibilities These positions are temporary for the 120th House Office Buildings Congressional Moves. The job term may end when projects are completed, or funding expires. This position will be used to fill Night shift Only (9:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. Sunday – Thursday). Shifts will be determined and or change based on Operational Needs of Management.
