Default Management & Compliance Analyst

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Default Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience working direct FHA claims processing. This role requires strong knowledge of HUD/FHA guidelines, including timelines and claim requirements. The candidate will be responsible for managing investor claims efficiently and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle investor claims processes across multiple loan types, including HUD/FHA.
