AXIS has a regulatory obligation to ensure that third party companies comply with minimum standards for the handling of claims where there is a Delegated Claims Authority (DCA). The role is to assist the Claims team to fulfil this obligation.
What will you do in this role?
Onboarding and completion of third-party due diligence
Creation of DCA Contracts
Review, analysis and reporting of third-party performance
Co-ordination of third-party audit scheduling
Issuance and tracking to closure of audit recommendations
Production and analysis of information required for internal governance meetings
Input, maintain and monitor the DCA Register and records in other IT platforms
