Kilkenny Salary: On Application About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deli Supervisor to lead our deli team and ensure the department delivers excellent customer service, high-quality fresh food, and maintains the highest food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day running of the deli department. Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation. Maintain HACCP and food safety standards. Manage stock ordering, waste control, and department budgets. Train, support, and motivate deli team members. Handle customer queries professionally. Contribute fresh food ideas and continuously improve the deli offering. Requirements Minimum 1 year's supervisory experience in a fresh food environment.
