Delinquent Accounts Recovery Specialist

Mashreq in Karachi is looking for a Collector to manage delinquent accounts primarily through tele-calling. The role demands making 100-150 calls daily, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely payments to maintain customer accounts.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in various collection tools including Finn1. Training will be provided to all collectors before joining the production floor.
