Select Offshore is seeking a dynamic team leader in Dubai Marina to manage and mentor a team of Delivery Consultants. This role requires experience in a fast-paced contract recruitment environment, preferably within the offshore industry.

The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative team culture, ensure timely project delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
