Summary: Responsible for introducing customers to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle. Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.


Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

+ Coordinates delivery with customer

+ Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer

+ Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer’s needs

+ Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities

+ Explain warranties and all documents
