Position Title: Demand Planner
Location: Cavite
Work set up: Onsite, Morning Shift
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in demand planning or inventory management.
- Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proficient in demand forecasting software and Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to analyze data trends and make informed recommendations.
- Experience with stock aging and replenishment tracking processes.
- Knowledgeable of ERP systems and inventory management tools.
