Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecasting Demand
- Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0-24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’
- Own the integrated demand plan for assigned distributor markets (Sell ‑ in / Depletions / Inventory context). Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception-based planning.
- Drive for execution, consolidate market intelligence, and commercial inputs into a single demand proposal. Continuous improvement of the demand planning process, challenge the status quo and drive new initiatives.
- Gather, analysie and organize external data to e nsure demand plans reflect key drivers: promotions, events, innovation launches, and market ‑ specific dynamics.
