Job Description
• INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING GRADUATE
• WITH EXPERIENCE AS DEMAND PLANNER
• Forecasting & Analysis: Creating and maintaining accurate rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, accounting for seasonality, trends, and promotional activities.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels to identify and mitigate risks of shortages or excess inventory (SLOB - slow and obsolete inventory).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Leading monthly Demand Review meetings (S&OP) with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to align forecasts with business goals.
• Data Accuracy: Reviewing historical sales data and refining forecasting models to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
• Market Analysis: Incorporating market intelligence, such as competitor actions and economic conditions, into demand plans.
SALARY:
25,000-30,000
