 Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Manufacturing Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Demand Planner to join their team in the Western Cape.
  
 Responsibilities 
 Analyze historical sales data and market trends to accurately forecast demand for food products.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for demand planning.
 Develop and maintain demand planning models, using statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure optimal stock levels.
 Identify potential risks and opportunities in demand planning and develop strategies to mitigate them.
 Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
