About the Role
We are recruiting for a Demand Planning Assistant on a permanent basis, to support demand planning accuracy and stock optimisation across Harrods’ dynamic and fast‑paced Fragrance category.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of demand and fulfilment plans across stores, online and regional sites.
- Manage and maintain accurate replenishment and master data within SAP.
- Produce and analyse key reports covering forecast accuracy, availability, stock and replenishment performance.
- Support promotional, launch, discontinuation and aged‑stock forecasting in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Assist with stock management activities including deliveries, purchase orders, transfers and return‑to‑vendor processes.
