The Hotel
Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is a 316-room hotel located in Mascot, near the Sydney Domestic Airport. The hotel offers 11 function rooms, including boardrooms, meeting spaces and a grand ballroom, suitable for small meetings through to large conferences of over 300 people. It also features La Boca, an on-site Argentinian restaurant and bar renowned for its authentic open-fire grill experience, as well as 24-hour room service.
The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Full Time Demi Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport.
This role will support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences across La Boca Restaurant & Bar, banquets and other food and beverage outlets.
