Demi Chef: Culinary Craft for Guest Experiences

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Demi Chef to join our Puka Park team in New Zealand. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to provide an exceptional Guest experience. Ideal candidates will have relevant trade qualifications, prior Food & Beverage experience in a hotel/resort, and a flexible approach to work hours, including nights and weekends.
