Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie Grill to join our clients culinary team at a highend Mediterranean restaurant. Youll be responsible for preparing and executing perfectly grilled dishes using the finest ingredients staying true to the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled meats seafood and vegetables to perfection
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daytoday kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality and portion control standards are met
- Collaborate with the team to develop new grill dishes inspired by Mediterranean traditions
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
