Job Description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an **Expanded Function Dental Assistant ** to work at a facility in **Detroit, MI.**
**Pay Rate:** $32 / hour
Duties:
Job Summary:
As an EFDA, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and quality of care by performing advanced clinical duties under the supervision of our dentists. You will contribute directly to the patient experience through technical skills and compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, surgical setting and is passionate about patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
-Place and finish dental restorations(fillings) after the dentist prepares the tooth.
-Take accurate impressions for temporary crowns, bridges, and diagnostic models.
-Fabricate and place temporary crowns and bridges.
-Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments.
-Apply sealants and desensitizing agents as directed....
