Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist dental surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment.
- Attend to all patients seeking treatments and/or making inquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously.
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the clinic and treatment room.
- Maintain dental equipment and instruments in good working condition.
- Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment, and scheduling of next appointment.
- Send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to the dental laboratory.
- Ensure a high standard of infection control
- Attend to enquiries from various platform WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls into appointments and clinic visits
- Guide patients through their first visit and consultation process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Present treatment plans and support case acceptance through clear explanation of procedures and costs
