Specialty accepted: Pediatric Dentist
Start date or shifts: February 13 (8:00 AM 4:00 PM) and February 16 (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Daily schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch or as listed above
Practice setting: Outpatient Dental Clinic
Types of procedures: Cleanings, exams, restorative care
Number of patients: Approximately 70 per day
Ages: Pediatric patients 21 years and under
Requirements: Active Texas dental license; Medicaid at presentation preferred (application required prior to start); minimum 2 years of pediatric dental experience
Additional information: 100% pediatric population. Solo provider model with 4 dental assistants, 2 expanded function dental assistants, and 1 clinical support provider. Credentialing takes approximately 1 2 weeks. Mileage reimbursement available for travel. Quick credential process with a repeat client.
