To drive sales and operational excellence for a specific department/category within the store (e.g., furniture, décor, furnishings), ensuring high customer satisfaction and achievement of business targets
What You Will Own
Sales performance of the assigned department
Team supervision (sales associates within the department)
Customer engagement and assisted selling for high-value products
Visual merchandising of the department as per guidelines
Stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
Department-level reporting and performance tracking
Key Result Areas
Achieve department-wise sales targets
Improve conversion %, ATV, and category contribution
Ensure high product availability and minimal stock-outs
Maintain VM standards and attractive product displays
Deliver excellent customer experience and increase repeat customers
Reduce shrinkage and maintain stock accuracy
