Job Summary:
We are looking for a Department Manager to lead a section of our retail store. You will be responsible for managing staff, helping customers, keeping the department organized, and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team
- Make sure customers have a great experience
- Manage stock and keep shelves full and tidy
- Help reach sales targets
- Organize staff schedules
- Train new team members
- Keep the department clean and safe
- Report issues or improvements to the Store Manager
Requirements:
- Experience working in retail (supervisory experience is a plus)
